He had an estimate back to us within the day and the install was scheduled for the following Monday. Once the installers got there they unloaded and got to work right away. The install went smoothly and I was very surprised at how well they cleaned up before leaving. Bismarck heating worked with us and were very understanding about billing. (We had to turn our invoice into FEMA and wait for the payment.) All in all I have to say it was very refreshing to find a company willing to give the small guy a break and show they are human beings. (They are a family owned business I would assume.) Have been very happy with the install and would recommend them to my own family.”
